His whole career is a reflection of his unmatched skills on the course. In a previous article, we wrote about who Tiger Woods is. But now we want to give some more context on if he wants to return and if he will ever be able to. The only thing that is certain is that when Tiger Woods returns, he will give it his all, and not play around.
The accident
A dark day for the whole golf community: February 23th 2021. The day Tiger Woods crashed his 2021 Genesis GV80 SUV going as fast as 140km/h in Southern California. A devastating crash within Mr. Woods could have easily lost a leg. This would have meant he would be never able to play golf again on the top level.
Recovery
Tiger Woods’s recovery was hard and long, and is still ongoing, up until this day. He focuses on getting his strength from him back, after the injuries crippling his skills from him. Woods really wants to make a come-back but explains he is not strong enough yet. At his age, recovery does not go as fast or smooth as in his younger years. And that frustrates him. For now, he can only sit in the cart and join other people on the course, because for him to play 6 rounds of golf, it’s still not possible yet.
Mister woods doesn’t know yet when he will be able to return to the PGA Tour yet. But he emphasizes he wants to.
Tiger Woods returns to old habits
Sadly, this isn’t the first Tiger Woods SUV I’ve crashed. In the past, he was in other car crashes and had multiple DUIs (driving under influence). We hope this was his wake-up call from him and he stays on a straight path!
Fashion
Tiger Woods has always been known to be well dressed and appear very fashionable. We can only speculate what kind of clothes and brands he will wear for his return from him. We think he would fit great in a sweater from the Slazenger Heritage Collection. When Tiger Woods returns, this will undoubtedly be the biggest news of the year in the golf world.
