Shopping Guide: Online Shopping Guide

Use the SHOP button at the menu bar to help you find what you are looking for. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button underneath each item. In every product description you will find its story and details.
Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING CARRIER DRAWING link at the top of the page. You can use the REMOVE FROM BASKET link to delete items from your shopping bag.
Click on PROCEED TO PURCHASE to complete your order. You can tell us a shipping address and also a diferent billing address, in case you need it. Plese note that to proceed your purchase your must be registered to our website.

Shopping Guide: What to do if the product you wish to purchase is “Out of stock” item?

Shopping Guide: Where do we ship?

For the moment, we are only shipping to European Union.
We are working on adapting our infrastructure to worldwide shipping. It will be ready very soon and if you want to be notified about it please kindly write us here: ventas1@selecmoda.com

We can ship your order all over the globe but the shipping costs will vary depending on the destiny country. Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. Local VAT will be applied to all other EU destinations including UK. However Slazenger heritage does not take responsability for any extra import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Shopping Guide: When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Slazenger Heritage is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

Shopping Guide: Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by contacting us here ventas1@selecmoda.com or call us to our customer service telephone number +34 972 262262 (From Monday to Friday 9.00-13.00 / 15.00-18.00). You will be refunded the amount you payed accordingly.
If your order has already been sent, you will have to send it back with the normal procedure and we will proceed to the refund of your money accordingly.

My account: Your Account

To create an account, you can simply select MY ACCOUNT on the E-shop navigation bar and then fill in your details (Name,E-mail and Password). Once you have completed the registration process, you should received immediately a confirmation e-mail.
You do need an account at Slazenger Heritage website to complete a purchase.
The personal information you share with us will help us to process your order and it will make easier your further visits to our website. Slazenger Heritage collects personal information in several ways when you place an order or register at Slazenger Heritage website. By registering, you are consenting to the collection of your personal data. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit/debitcard billing address(es) so that we can process and fulfill your order. Saved card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our Payment Service Provider’s systems.

My account: How to change My Account details

To change your account details you just need to select My Account > Acount Information and change the details you wish.

My account: Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can ask for a reminder by clicking on the “Lost your password” link. You will be then asked to introduce your email and check your inbox in order to be able to change it. For security reasons we are unable to send you directly your password via email.

This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet to send the payment information in order to ensure maximum security when transmiting the data throught Redsys System. Payment & Terms: Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard under the trust of the RedSys system. Any data will be saved in our databases in order to ensure maximum security in your payment process.
You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to slazengerheritage.com
Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
Cotton Project S.A.U.keeps the right to refuse any operation by card. In that rare case we will proceed immediately to refund the consumer with the amount payed.

If your card was declined you must recheck all the information introduced is correct. Also please kindly note we only accept Visa and Mastercard.
Also you can try to re-submit your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.

Delivery
Cotton Project S.A.U. products will be delivered in perfect condition to the specified address in the form completed by the user. If you want your order to be delivered to a different address than the indicated in the form, you must explicitly note it in the section provided for such purpose. Cotton Project S.A.U. assumes no responsibility if the orders’ delivery are unsuccessful as a result of the false, inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the User.
Cotton Project S.A.U. will take all necessary measures so that delivery can be done within the agreed time limits. Cotton Project S.A.U. considers the payment confirmation, as a necessary condition for maintaining the delivery schedule. However, time limits indicated in the Web Site are estimations and may vary because of logistics reasons or other major matters. In the case of a delay, the User will be duly informed. The delivery is considered complete from the moment in which Cotton Project S.A.U. or the hired carrier company makes the product available to the user.

Returns
If you would like to return or exchange your item(s) please email ventas1@selecmoda.com stating what you would like to send back and your reasons for doing so.Cotton Project S.A.U. will then email you a link to book your free collection with your local Fedex or Nacex Courier.
Exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is free on the replacement item; if you are based outside of the EU you may be charged import taxes and duties when you receive your item.
Any returned items must be in their original condition, unused and with their original packaging, with all labels and garment tags still attached within 10 days of receipt of your goods.
Goods may be taken out of the packaging to assess fit or suitability, but the packaging must not be thrown away as it will need to be returned with your goods in order for them to be eligible for exchange.
Any goods that have been personalised cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will be made for the original good value purchase amount against the origina invoice form. However please note that shipping costs are not refunded for items using our free collection service, unless your items are faulty. Your refund will either be credited to the original payment method
None of the above terms or conditions affects your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Notwithstanding the provisions of this clause, Cotton Project S.A.U. will not accept a returned Product where the Customer has caused the Product to become unmerchantable or failed to take steps to prevent the Product from becoming unmerchantable or the Product has become damaged by abnormal use whilst in the possession of the Customer.

1. Customers within the EU will be charged VAT at 21% which is included in the price at checkout.
2. Customers outside of the EU receive a 21% VAT discount but will be subject to import duties payments when they receive their goods
3. Customs charges vary dependant on the import country and we cannot unfortunately offer advice on these fees; for further information regarding customs and import duties, please contact your local customs office.

In the event that the product is unavailable after the order has been made, the user will be informed by email or telephone of its total or partial cancellation. The partial cancellation of an order due to its lack of availability does not entitle the cancellation of the entire order.

All our products are original and none of them has been manipulated or changed, following the current brand legislation. Regarding the legend jumpers, they come with a quality certificate in the packaging.
