Returns/Refund Information:

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR DELIVERY: ORDERS placed AFTER 20th DECEMBER 2011 will be shipped the following week commencing 28th DECEMBER.

SALE RETURNS: all sale items must be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund; items returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unworn with all original tags and labels attached.

For exchanges, please return the item to us in their original saleable condition within 28 days of purchase. We will exchange the item for a different size or colour if preferred.

For faulty or wrongly supplied items, please contact Dunlop Retro either by email: microbrandsone@gmail.com or telephone: 0151 709 3695 quoting your order details, the details of the product, reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return of the item. You have 28 days from the purchase date to return the faulty or wrongly suppled item to us.

Shipping Information:

Uk Delivery: We aim to deliver within 3-5 days after you have placed your order (excluding weekends). The cost of UK delivery is £3.95 .                    Your order may require a signature upon receipt of the delivery. 

International Delivery: Please email microbrandsone@gmail.com for international delivery costs, this will be calculated individually depending on area.
