To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Cotton Project S.A.U. uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet to send the payment information in order to ensure maximum security when transmiting the data throught Redsys System. Payment & Terms: Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard under the trust of the RedSys system. Any data will be saved in our databases in order to ensure maximum security in your payment process.
You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to slazengerheritage.com
Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
Cotton Project S.A.U.keeps the right to refuse any operation by card. In that rare case we will proceed immediately to refund the consumer with the amount payed.

Payment & Terms: What to do if your card was declined

If your card was declined you must recheck all the information introduced is correct. Also please kindly note we only accept Visa and Mastercard.
Also you can try to re-submit your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.

Payment & Terms: Deliveries, Exchanges & Returns

Delivery
Cotton Project S.A.U. products will be delivered in perfect condition to the specified address in the form completed by the user. If you want your order to be delivered to a different address than the indicated in the form, you must explicitly note it in the section provided for such purpose. In any case, you can always contact us if any query at pedidos@selecmodacom

Cotton Project S.A.U. assumes no responsibility if the orders’ delivery are unsuccessful as a result of the false, inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the User.
Cotton Project S.A.U. will take all necessary measures so that delivery can be done within the agreed time limits. Cotton Project S.A.U. considers the payment confirmation, as a necessary condition for maintaining the delivery schedule. However, time limits indicated in the Web Site are estimations and may vary because of logistics reasons or other major matters. In the case of a delay, the User will be duly informed. The delivery is considered complete from the moment in which Cotton Project S.A.U. or the hired carrier company makes the product available to the user.

• All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
• Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Returns
If you would like to return or exchange your item(s) please email ventas1@selecmoda.com stating what you would like to send back and your reasons for doing so.Cotton Project S.A.U. will then email you a link to book your free collection with your local Fedex or Nacex Courier.
Exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is free on the replacement item; if you are based outside of the EU you may be charged import taxes and duties when you receive your item.
Any returned items must be in their original condition, unused and with their original packaging, with all labels and garment tags still attached within 10 days of receipt of your goods.
Goods may be taken out of the packaging to assess fit or suitability, but the packaging must not be thrown away as it will need to be returned with your goods in order for them to be eligible for exchange.
Any goods that have been personalised cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will be made for the original good value purchase amount against the origina invoice form. However please note that shipping costs are not refunded for items using our free collection service, unless your items are faulty. Your refund will either be credited to the original payment method
None of the above terms or conditions affects your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Notwithstanding the provisions of this clause, Cotton Project S.A.U. will not accept a returned Product where the Customer has caused the Product to become unmerchantable or failed to take steps to prevent the Product from becoming unmerchantable or the Product has become damaged by abnormal use whilst in the possession of the Customer.

Payment & Terms: Taxes & DUTTIES

1. Customers within the EU will be charged VAT at 21% which is included in the price at checkout.
2. Customers outside of the EU receive a 21% VAT discount but will be subject to import duties payments when they receive their goods
3. Customs charges vary dependant on the import country and we cannot unfortunately offer advice on these fees; for further information regarding customs and import duties, please contact your local customs office.

In the event that the product is unavailable after the order has been made, the user will be informed by email or telephone of its total or partial cancellation. The partial cancellation of an order due to its lack of availability does not entitle the cancellation of the entire order.
